The backside is 5 cm longer than the frontside of the susy spinning jersey so even when you are taller or in the cycling position, the sleeveless spinning jersey get's you covered.  Mab silicone banding at the rear hem of the keeps the sleeveless spinning jersey in place during long bike rides. 
The female sleeveless spinning jersey has a Susy logo at the front and backside positioned. These Susy logos are reflecting incase you are cycling in the dark.
